Accommodation

All the speakers will be provided accommodation in the IITM/CSIR-CLRI/Hotel Metroplace. For other delegates, accommodation is available in Hotel Turyaa and Hotel Metroplace on the basis of direct booking at the hotel. The applicable tariff has already been negotiated with the hotel. Transportation will be provided during the conference days from these hotels to the venue.

The LAST DATE for booking hotel accommodation is 15 January, 2019. After this date, accommodation will be subject to availability of rooms at the prevailing market rate.

For Hotel Turyaa

  • Rs. 4000+Taxes per person, per night,single accommodation.
  • Rs. 2500+Taxes per person, per night, twin sharing accommodation.

For Hotel Metroplace

  • Rs. 3200 (Including Taxes) per person, per night, single accommodation.
  • Rs. 2000 (Including Taxes) per person, per night, twin sharing accommodation.

We are in contact with other hotels for special tariff. The corresponding details will be updated soon.

#Outstation student participants will be provided accommodation in suitable places on payment of Rs. 500 per student per night (sharing basis). Please include the accommodation fee along with the registration fee during the online payment to avail this facility.
