Guidelines

The registration process consists of following two steps.

  • Step 1: The participants are requested to pay the registration fee along with accommodation fee through online bank transaction (details are given below).
  • Step 2: Using the transaction ID, the online registration should be completed.
The registration fee is non-refundable and it includes full participation, conference kit, lunch/dinner/refreshments. Registration will be completed only with full payment. The bank details are given below.

#Outstation student participants will be provided accommodation in suitable places on payment of Rs. 500 per student per night (sharing basis). Please include the accommodation fee along with the registration fee during the online payment to avail this facility. Please note that the accommodation is available from Feb 06 to 11th 2019 (Morning).
